VALERIA ALEXANDRA - PATRICK FRAMEL

Valeria was born in Estonia, but has spent the majority of her life in Asia.  Her experience is reflected in her diverse work, a merger of cultures and influences, a clash of textures and materials.  She is the driving creative talent behind Sunstorm Studios. Valeria’s career includes teaching textile art at the Victoria & Albert Museum in Shenzhen, as well as a studio residency at Hart Haus in Hong Kong.  She has exhibited her works in various venues across China and Hong Kong.

Patrick is from Austin, Texas.  Growing up amongst a family of painters, Patrick preferred to build LEGO and deconstruct used computers.  He never grew up.  His constant curiosity pushes Sunstorm Studios into new mediums and projects.
